1. Pursuant to paragraph a) of paragraph 2 of art. 8 of the Statute, no longer benefit from the advantages inherent quality associated APEMIP, those in debt more than 3 (three) months of fees, do not settle the statutory terms.
2. If, for whatever reason, are no longer associated with the activity of real estate, with the consequent cancellation of the license at INCI - Institute of Construction and Real Estate, they only consider availing themselves of obligations to the APEMIP, after that they made clear, in writing, and after having satisfied the full payment of all debts, if any, exist.
3. By signing this document for registration, (s) of signatory (s), as representative (s) legal (s), authorizing (m) expressly APEMIP to disclose its name or trademarks used, addresses and contacts their business partnership, as well as other relevant information for inclusion in lists, periodicals or other media under the strict protocols concluded by APEMIP with other entities, or nonprofit, seeking access to more favorable terms and benefits by the associated.
4. Any changes to the data contained in this Application Form, should be communicated in writing to the Association as soon as possible.

In this context, any subsequent changes to the information in this application form, should be communicated in writing to the Association as soon as possible, b) For the purposes of legal regulations, the members shall maintain the address of its registered with the service the administrative APEMIP.
6. Of any information provided to third parties APEMIP respect what is provided in the Law on Protection of Personal Data Reporting by Law No. 67/98 of 26 October.
7. The acceptance of an application to associate APEMIP subject to payment of the admission fee and first monthly and demonstration of proper documentation and required administrative services of APEMIP. After this demonstration secured the services of APEMIP proceed to send written confirmation of an associated member.
